I'm having writer's block so I'm calling upon the creative services of GSSF to lend me a hand.
I have to write an essay about a life experience that taught me a lesson. I never go out and do anything, so I don't have any lesson teaching experiences to speak of.
So, you magnificent bastards, I would like for you to think up an event that "happened" in my life that taught me a lesson for the future (it has to be somewhat believable). I need about 750 words in the essay so it needs to have some depth.

750 words is less than a page. That's 3-4 paragraphs tops.
Subjects, hmm...
Rape
Being mugged
Saving someone's life
Riots
Meeting a person who said some philisophical stuff
NDE

Amidst a riot in the streets, you noticed some fairly attractive girl getting mugged by a couple douches. You intervened to help, but ended up getting raped and injured in the process. Doing so, however, saved that girl's life. You were taken to the hospital, where you were treated by doctors and some random old dude spouting philosophical things he learned from Socrates' teachings. What'd you learn from this? Rape can hurt you.
Dunno what the fuck NDE is, though.

Other than the rape part (since people in class will be reading it) that's a pretty good idea. It can be when I was in LA for E3 and the Lakers games were going on. People always riot after Lakers games.
The other idea I had is maybe basing it off the episode of Seinfeld where Kramer smells bad after swimming in the river.

Death of someone you loved, but never really got to telling them?

When you write an essay you double space your lines, therefore like 350, 400 words. I'll wiki when it's not 530 in the morning.

You went to the zoo, stoned as fuck. And you observed <insert animal> and totally felt spiritual connection to it. So deep infact, you felt you became the animal yourself.

Why not just tell them the truth? The first 700 words can be about the first time you played on a nintendo console. You use the next 40 to say that as a result you have no life, and if that cute girl is in your class use the last 10 to break the ice with her.
