Photo editing problem

    I want to edit my pictures which software is best for it?I try to use Adobe Photoshop for it but didn't understand it properly.

            The funny part is I'm 90% sure it's a spambot because of the sig links and how long he waited to post from when he joined. Unless Gimli the Great works in the clock industry now or something.
