You know what I noticed is that GS and GS2 have an awful lot of impassable rocks and stuff lying around. I mean, having a rock here and there is okay, but sometimes they're there for no real reason!

Sure, sometimes they put it there to block you from reaching a certain part so you have to solve a puzzle instead... but alot of times they're just there to be scenery, but then they seem to overdo it and then things get cluttered and annoying.

Do you think so too, or am I the only one?

there are to many rocks in the most of the caves. some rocks should be there but not as many as there are.



if they were moveable it haven't been a problem but you can't even move the smallest one.

It can be a little annoying at times, but usually it's neccessary.

Besides, if it's not blocking a key area, it's just there for realisim or to make the enviroment feel less empty, and it's not like there's anything at all back behind a blocked area. So I don't mind.

Yeah, to make it more realiztic...and...yet, it gets annoying sometimes. Meh, I just ride on the ship and go searching for weapons and coins in the water. I find them all the time so it isn't that annoying.

GS2 so much traveling by boat!!! geez! but anyways, on topic, the only place that annoyed me was in GS where you have to go through the mines cuz the road is blocked. the amount of rocks in the blocked road was just stupid.

Keh, you're right about that. GS1, you have to go by road, and sometimes it's blocked and you have to find another road, and then come back, GS2, walk the road, and then you have to go by boat, and it's a bigger pain because there are a lot of places blocked, and it takes out a while for you actually get to the other side. Meh, big pain.

Well it does add reality to the game cause well there were alot of rocks and bushes and trees back then...but I see what you mean when your running around and get stoped by a rock and you have to walk around it. So I think they should add a jumpo button to the main character so he can just jump over it. Anybody else think so.......*everyone pulls out there shotgun* iam leaving iam leaving.

Well, in pokemon they have alot of rocks in caves, but they were at the side of the cave. In Golden Sun they were more just right in the middle, so they got in your way AND got irritating because of that. Don't give me this stuff about being realistic, because it's a video game. -_-

You see how the rocks on silk road are there to block your way to hamma temple....When I first got there I thought you had to break it down the(the rocks I mean) so I was there trying every sort of psyenergy I had and I didn't even notice the road above leading to the other town. :blink:

I think they did a great job, and it's very realistic. in my opinion, they have enough stuff there so that it doesn't seem empty, but not too much, so it isn't cluttered. I think it's perfect.

The boulders where there so you had to go around and get used to controling Isaac. -_- Generally, I wouldn't be as annoyed with all the rocks right in theway to block my path if they would be a pit insteasd, because athe rocks are ugly and a pit isn't... really. Like I said before, the rocks wouldn't annoy me as much if they weren't right in the middle of my path, just if they were at the side.

Be sure that there ae too much annoying objects. Nuts and vials for example. Healing with wish is much more efficient. It can be really annoying sometimes....

If you see the objects annoying, then you cannot appreciate the realism of Golden Sun. If you were walking and suddenly there were two trees that you had to walk between, would you be annoyed. No, you would accept this as a fact of life. This is pointless. There are just enough objects in GS.

It does occasionally annoy me but they are there for a reason. I mean, in real lif in a cave, there wouldnt just be a clear way through would there. But to be honset, I didnt really notice. And nrmally its a left or right turning so you just have to guess. I'm not tat bothered about it...

ex/ In quite a few games, you walk through a cave and it looks like grandma came by and sweeped the place. In GS, there are rocks and other stuff like there should be!

(By the way, grandma probably would've broken her back if she sweeped a cave)
