Sorry everyone for the lack of updates in the past week, but I have been extrordinarily busy as of late. School and soccer have really been eating up just about every minute of free time that I have, in addition to making me a bit stressed out. However the weekend is almost upon us, so maybe I will find some time to complete and upload my final Mars and Mercury skin changes. Venus and Jupiter will have to wait, as I simply do not have time to work on them right now.

I have a more important announcement however: I have added a "Make a donation" button under the menu to the left, so that anyone can donate money to my Paypal account. All money recieved will go towards GSS hosting/bandwidth costs. If enough money is donated (>$800), I will buy a dedicated server and plan to offer hosting to many Golden Sun websites with fickle or unreliable hosts. This server would also help improve the quality of GSW because it would be able to help balance the load on the server (since there would be two game servers instead of only the one we have currently).

PLEASE DO NOT DONATE IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 WITHOUT YOUR PARENTS' PERMISSION. I really appreciate any and all donations, and as a token of my appreciation, you will have a special icon/surname on your forum account (if you have one), which means you will have access to a private, anything-goes discussion forum on the GSS Forums. Finally, these charitable members will gain access to future beta testing rounds of GSW (there will still be public beta tests also, so do not worry).

I realize that I am really hyping this up, and it may come off the wrong way, but I am really trying to create a new opportunity for the community by unifying the many scattered websites into one location where they can all be found and have a safe home. Again, please do not donate if you are under 18 (in the US) without the consent of your parent/guardian.

Ack! I would've donated. But I'm under 18, and I don't let my parents see what I do.

Don't worry about the updates, Max. We know you're a busy person; juggling school, sports, and the site.

        I'm sorry, but I can't donate either...

Hmm... I geuss I could donate if I had spare money on my allowance.. (unfortanetly I've been... er... not doing my chores... ;) )but I'd have to also get permission from my parents. :D

We can live without updates, Max, don't worry.

I feel for ya Max. Ill try to get my parents to donate some money, but dont expect much from anyone because paypal never really gets much money. On this one site, this guy needs 150 euros to open a direct downloading server, he hasnt gotten any money in about 3 months.

I know how ya feel... tennis is eating up all the free time after school i got. A match is on average 6 hours long cause everyone has to play. Then I got homework. Its all very stressing. Damn ap history and scarlet letter from honors american lit...

Max isn't asking anyone to donate anywhere close to 800 dollars.

2 or 3 dollars from one person like once a month is good.

Perhaps you could send a money order or personal check and mail it to Max directly, but you would have to speak to Max about that yourself via PM.

Yeah, sorry for the site being down, apparently the DNS entry was corrupt. So it was just a fluke, and hopefully shouldn't happen again.

Also people who pay from a different country may have to pay more to you if they say they want to donate money right. This is a U>S site iam guessing so you will need U.S money right. Well living in Canada say if I want to donate 2 dollars will it be 2 bucks or will it rise cause you want U.S money?
