The second one has to win. But the first would be an ok choice if number 2 failed. 4 and 5 are crap, sorry, but they are, even I can make better. And 3 is good, but a little plain, the new design should a but more advanced, thus why i chose option 2.

I also voted for Andross' design. I like the red, i makes a change in colors. I think the first and the last one pretty much equally though, so I don't really mind.
The first is more a change in looks, whilst the last is more a change in color and main menu interface.
