Hello, everyone, since I got three votes in the spriter poll, to tie for first with BLL and WifleWood, I decided I'd make a sprite topic for some of my stuff. I won't update every day, or anything, but I'm hoping that if someone sees the topic start to fall, they'll catch it before it hits the earth below the cliff. :P

I'm starting to make some LOTR sprites in the FE style, so, here is Thorin, son of Thrain:

Thanks, Ivan, I made two versions of Gandalf the Grey, one a recolor of the other. I couldn't find any good colors for his clothes, so I made two. Here they are:

Here is one of Frodo Baggins, Wifle made it, but he had a really short sword, so I made the handle of the sword brown, and made it the size of a normal sword (To a hobbit, which would mean short sword to man.)

I've given up on a Gimli sprite, it would have to be very, very, very custom to look anything like he's supposed to, unless you want him skinny. XD

I animated Wil as an archer with nothing changed, and I edited a Mamkute so that it was a Thief with wings. Here they are:

Sorry, Gamingstaff, I don't make them completely from scratch, but there is alot of stuff on some sprites that I have to edit alot with a paint pencil, or make with a paint pencil.

Here is a new, very wierd, sprite that I made. I'm guessing it's holding an oar, I'm not sure, the clothes are supposed to be torn, that's why you can see through some parts of the cap, and see the skin color on his pants. o.o; I think I'm going to call it "The Forest Guard" XD.

Erm I think it's the shadow of the horse. It's slightly incopmplete. If it isn't that, it might be that the area between the horse's legs and the shadow remains black at some point of the animation.

I was looking for the most obvious problem, and RavenBlade got it. The staff disappears, but he also didn't see that it's the same character when thrown off the horse, in a different class.

Yeah, that's Lute. I used her mage knight class as the bronco, and I used her sage class as her when she's bucked off.

Heh, I don't think you'd know it, as I made the character. I think the only people who'd know would be BLL, WifleWood, and possibly Icy.

I just spent alot of time, making a sprite of my sister's horse, Takaya. The thing is almost completely from scratch, though, the legs are from a Paladin. I took a frame of a Paladin's horse, got rid of the whole body, except for the legs, the neck, and a bit of the head, and completely re-drew it from there. The body of the horse has some shading to have done. I also drew the tying post from scratch. The lead rope and halter are from scratch, although, I got the idea of how to draw it from diagnal-facing staves.

Well, it's kind of stupid, but it was fun to make.

Well, the "Gamefaqs" is a berserker named dart, it's in mid attack.
The inside of the castle is FEE's Forum/website. The Lyn sprite is FEE.

Dart the berserker symbolizes: Gamefaqs darted into our forum, and went berserk at us, and started attacking/flaming us. Lyn is an "innocent bystander" that after being attacked, gets revenge.

It's quite simple, really.

It was like 3:00AM when I said that, I was going to bed, anways, I'll post it now. It's off of memory, so...
1) Create a new layer, and use the circle marquee tool, and make a circle whatever size you want. Fill the circle with a color.
2) Add drop shadow, and bevel and emboss, whatever settings you want.
3) Take the circle marquee tool, and make a circle where you want to do a curved indent. Press delete once you have got it in the right spot.
4) Repeat step three however many times you like
5) Hold control, and click on the image layer, it should have selected around the shape, go to edit > modify > contract by 8.
6) Fill that shape with whatever color/design you want.

Here's something extra

In the place where you deleted the circles, use the circle marquee tool, just smaller than the circular cut you made, inside of it. Paint bucket it the color of what you put on the inside of the shape, and go to edit > modify > contract by 8, and paint bucket it the color around the outside of the bigger shape.
Do this however many times you did it on the big circle. =)

Heh, It's actually quite nice. The font of the "sig" with the roaches looks a bit like the one phatrabbit used. The Classroom Covenant Is slightly hard to read, but great to see on a school website.

Nice work there. An armoured mercenary! It'll be hard for him to attack while jumping like regular mercenaries, eh? I think I'd use Deick's hair, though. That sword defines Improvision, by the way ^^

The only thing on the lightsaber that wasn't customized was the middle that's dark grey. I got it from Raven's Mercenary sword. I took two and flipped one horizontally. I then took one handle and put it lined up to another, and fixed it a little. =D The blade was completely from scratch.

I used a slightly customized Mercenary body with an assassin cape slightly customized, aswell. The hair was a customized Wil's.
