I'm playing through the lost age again and was wondering if you remember what levels you were at when you were versing boss'.

    My main concern is Sentinal.
I'm having trouble beating him so I'm trying to find out what level is good to beat him at..

    My party is at;
    Felix; 45
    Jenna; 44
    Sheba; 43
    Piers; 44
    Isaac; 99
    Garet; 46
    Ivan; 46
    Mia; 45
Yes, I have the second party, Why? Because I couldn't finish the game when I tried first.

I think I was in the upper 40s-low 50's when I went up against Sentinal. The levels you're at should be fine though. Just level up in the hallway. Find the Wonder Birds and level up with those. They give tons of experience.

What kind of problems are you having with Sentinal?

        OK

        LEVEL IN THOSE TUNNELS FOREVER!

My characters are all in the low 80's, the trick is to get a wonder bird/wonderbird combination, and kill one with a water djinn. Hope the other one revives it and continue in that pattern. Once one runs away, kill the other one as soon as possible.

I think I was in mid 30's and I beat sentinel no problem. In my first party, I put Mia, Sheba, Felix and Ivan.

          First round

          Ivan uses Impact! (on Felix)
          Sheba uses Impact! (on Felix)
Felix unleashes Megiddo! (deals about 1000 damage)
Mia attacks! (There's no point of healing in first turn)

Second round (switch Sheba with Isaac)

          Ivan uses Impact! (on Isaac)
Isaac raises the War Ring! (on Isaac)
Felix unleashes Megiddo! (deals about 1000 damage)
          Mia casts Wish Well!

          Third round

Ivan uses Resist! (I chose resist because I hate Spark Plasmas and Searing Beams. They do a crapload of damage)
Isaac unleashes Legend! (deals about 1000 damage)
Felix unleashes Megiddo! (deals about 1000 damage)
          Mia casts Wish Well!

Forth round (same as Third Round)

          Fifth round

          Ivan uses Impact! (on himself)
Isaac unleashes Legend! (deals about 1000 damage)
Felix unleashes Megiddo! (deals about 1000 damage)
          Mia casts Wish Well!

Sixth round (same as Fifth round)

          Seventh round

Ivan unleashes Vengeance! (deals about 900 damage)
Isaac unleashes Legend! (deals about 1000 damage)
Felix unleashes Megiddo! (deals about 1000 damage)
          Mia casts Wish Well!

...and keep repeating seventh round. When Felix and Isaac'ss attack goes back to normal, go back to step 1.

Sentinel should die in about in the Tenth turn.

          Good Luck!

My charecters are in the mid 40's ( I think) and can someone refresh my memory on what the sentinel is , because I can't remember. Anyway, if you want to level up, fight phoenixs in the Mars Lighthouse. Thats what I did.

If i remember right, sentinel is that green-ish armor you fight to obtain Catastrophe. Yeah, it's a suit of armor, unlike other bosses...

the key to this battle is Djinn. Have one healer who heals every time. Have somebody with the Sol Blade who just attacks and the othe two just use Djinn to boost stats and when a good summon comes along use it. It could be along battle but hang in there he will go down. Have one healer in the second party so you can do the samething with them if need be. The worst part about this guy is the three attacks per turn, lots of Hp and you canuse pynergy on him.

I should have really waited for some more advice, he seemed really hard.
But truelly, leveling in those tunnels is the most fun in the whole game ;D
