    You know when you see Djinn just on the map,do they just randomly appear or do they appear in certain places?

      They appear in certain positions, they are usually in a selected forest in the map. You just need to be lucky and encounter them :P

        I think this is in the wrong forum, should be about Golden Sun, not about Golden Sun World. and in Golden Sun they appear at certain places but some Djinns are found on the map, so you better start searching.

              you can find a complete guide on the main site if you're having trouble finding them. I know that the Mercury Djinni in Southern Gondown is a tough SOB to find, for example (he barely ever appears for me.).

                yeah...there are some sites that also offer maps with places of interest and djinn locations. Just google it, you'll find the info you're looking for.

                  Isn't that Mercury Djinni quite easy to find.Just you see this bridge and cross it then you notice nothing special is here.But its in the south of that bridge place surrounded by a river.

                    The Djinns I find that are really hard to find are Sour (TLA) and Tonic (GS). But thanks to GS Syndicate, I can find them easily. :P

                      :P they are hard to find yet they are easy to find? KEWL!!! :lol: just joking, good thing you can now find them easily.

                        He means they are hard to find without the help of GSS.

                            These djinn aren't 'hard' to run into. If you're in the right area, they will always be the first monster to appear until you eventually defeat them.

                              Well, if you're really wondering where they are, there always FAQ and guides avalible, but they are only in certain place and you can get replacement djinns (1 of each element only) in GS2: TLA(only if you're missing some). Sometimes they are in unexpected places.

                                I find that once i relize where the djinn is on the world map i go to that same area when i restart to find the djinn. It is quite simple when finding them again and i always do

                                  I saw that a few are found in sorest locations.

                                  South of Altimer Cave is a Mercury Djinni

                                  This is one of the few that are found in grassy locations
