            Really really choppy. Your avatar is a whole lot better though. Just work on the smoothness of the animation to get a better look.

                They're both very choppy. Work on the timing of some of the frames, example, the speech is too short, move it to 50. And the other frames themselves are far too slow, seeing as you're doing it like a long comic strip put into animation.

                  The speech is at 150-200 i think thats long enough i'm 12 and i can read it.

                    Oh you've got a farked animator then. I can read it too it just looks completely horrible. I was giving you a suggestion on how to improve, don't slap it off.

                      the animator has a time frame that goes 1second equals 100
                      those speaches were 1 to 2 seconds long.

                          I think it's okay, although the HP bars I don't think really need to be there. I payed little to no attention to them. Oh, and Megaman.EXE's foot was chopped off for a frew frames.
