EDIT: I might put together a small layout choice, given that the banner is made elsewhere. I'm perfectly capable of doing the headers and sidebars and the like via a semi-Photoshop program (Paint.NET)

Toasty, I think the Second one would be better as a launch layout. I'm going to use the second one. It just seems more... I don't know.. But. More effective than the first.. I'll have it done by the end of the week. You can't rush great work.

I think the second one's better off used at launch as well. The first looks too much like Golden Sun Realm's layout.

The banner isn't long enough unless you center it. I like the layout templates, Toasty.

Though the edit makes it look weird. Stick with the first one.

I'm too lazy to check to see if someone already suggested but if you haven't made a color scheme yet, use Red, White, and Blue. AWDS has a lot of it. :)

After a week of experimenting on different interfaces. That banner simply does NOT work. The colours are too different. You need a banner that goes by ONE colour. Or contrasting colours.
Also. I'm not having much luck with a good interface. Toasty, please give me some idea of what you want the interface to look like. Not just a template.. Just give me a small sample.. Thanks.

Well, I think I'll wait 'till Sibsag's finished with the layout to decide. It's going to be a blue color scheme, so if you don't mind doing two instead of waiting, you could do a blue one, and a red,white,and blue one. It's your choice, either one is fine.

Well, I havn't put any PHP into it YET, but I have three main pages ready for content on the site, and I'll be able to get the pretty looking stuff in as soon as I get back from vacation. Basiclly, I'll be able to get a lot more done once I get back home, but it's coming along well so far. And you can make one if you want to MP.

Well, what I mean is like the main page, the page for affiliates, the page that has the link to the site (what you're working on), etc.. I'll have people working on content for me soon, but I can't be overseeing to projects at once, and a site doesn't come together in a few days. Things will pick up once I get back home and unpacked. But don't worry, I plan to have the site done, at the latest, sometime in September.

And no, WD isn't working on the project, but anyone is welcome to pitch in where they can. ;) I'll probably ask WD work on content when I'm ready for that.

Yes. As of now, I pretty much only need to finish getting pages up, fixing a few glitches, and getting content on the site. It may not seem like a lot, but this will probably take a while, due to an extra class this year, and nearly garunteed high homework load.

Uh, Toasty... If you know you won't be able to maintain the website don't waste your time please... You'd probably leach some visitors from GSSF and that's about it... No one likes an inactive site, especially a new one (GSS was active and built a reputation btw, so don't comment about here ^^)

Well it's not going to have a seperate forum, if that's what you mean. The forums, if it has any, will probably be intertwined with GSS, just like Max said. It's mainly there for hints, tips, strategies, etc. I don't ecpect for it to get a lot of traffic in it's first few months or so, but hopefully some of you will tell other people about it. And if you remember, this was Anubis's idea, not mine. I'm just finishing what he started. Besides all of that, it's good practice for me, since I intend to make more sites, probably for other people, and hopefully get paid for them. I'll give an update on it's progress next week, hopefully.
