Here, go down stairs then go up another set to your right. Climb on the deck and climb down on the other side. Go south and down the stairs. Mind Read the turtle. You will give it the Li'l Turtle. The turtle will thank you and ask you if you would like to have a ride on it. Say Yes, and it will bring you to a cave south of the beach.
