A little south-east from where Dehkan Plateau is, you will see a boat docked on a beach. You can go take a peak at it if you want, but there's nothing much to do there yet.
Outside the ship again, follow the path leading west. You will soon see a cave. Enter.

Go inside the cave. Walk up a bit, then stand in front of the wooden pillar. Use Move to move it to east. Then use Lash on the rope. Go get the "shining thing" on the ledge. This is a stone tablet. There are several of them along your way. This particular one can combine Mars and Venus Djinn on standby to create a new summon. When you are done, leave.

Continue the path to the west. Keep following the path until you've crossed the first bridge. Walk south, but don't cross the second bridge. Instead, walk south into the forest. A Venus Djinni will be encountered in random battle.
Battle:: This Djinni has strong Ssynergy. Venus summons and Psynergy are weak towards it. Use other kinds of Psynergy and summons. 3 rounds should defeat it.
