How to get there
From Champa, sail southwest. The islet is between Gondowan and Indra.

 

Give Food to the Dog

Here, head clockwise and pass the only house. Go down the stairs. Go counter clockwise and Mind Read the dog. Felix will give it a jar of milk and it will give you a Li'l Turtle in return.
