In floor 7, simply go south past four statues and enter the only door. You are outside the lighthouse. Go up the white stairs and you will reach the aerie. Sadly, you can't put your Jupiter Star in it yet, as it's got a godamn cover on it. Because of this, you've got a long way to go before lighting this lighthouse. Go past it, and down the other two white stairs in the west. Go east back inside the lighthouse.
