How to get there
Sail directly south. It is just a little north of Osenia.

 

Get a Jar of Milk

Here, go to the west. You see some jars and a sand ground. Use Sand to go through the jars. Go north to the cow. Mind Read it, and it will "speak" to you. You will automatically give it the red cloth and it will give you a jar of milk in return. Leave.
