How to get there
Teleport to Alhafra. From the village, go south and enter Yampi Desert.

Yampi Desert

In Yampi Desert, go west and let the sandfall wash you down. Go south a little you will see nine rocks forming a square. Use Reveal and you can get a Lucky Medal from a hidden treasure chest.

 

Head west, then veer south. You will see another nine rock formation. Use Reveal, and this time you will see an arrow pointing northwest. That is the direction you need to go.

 

Go to the west end of the screen. Use Felix' Sand and climb up the sand waterfall. Climb until you see the sand prompt. Go northwest and enter the cave.

 

 

Yampi Cave

Inside the cave, go northeast and take some Water of Life. Go back south a little and this time take the left path. You will see a teleport symbol on the ground. Use Teleport.

You will land on another Teleport symbol. Go north. Ignore the door you see and go west. Use Sand to pass through the rocks. Go west further and you will see a wooden pillar blocking the door. Use Burst to get rid of the pillar. Enter.

 

 

 

Here, go north. Ignore the staircase you will come across and continue going north. After passing some sand, you will see two stone pillars on the floor. Push the first one south and the second one east. Go north and push the third one north. Use Sand to pass through the rocks. Enter the door.

 

 

In this room, go north and pass beside three rocks. Go northwest and you will see something on the floor at the end. Use Scoop to dig it out. It's Mythril Silver. Now go southeast and follow the path until you see some sand on the ground. Go north and all the way to the end. Enter the staircase.

 

Underground

In basement, go south and climb down the ladder. Use Sand to go west. Use Move to move the wooden pillar south onto the circle. Go south and exit this room.

 

 

 

 

In this room, go west. You will see a treasure chest. Open it and take the Dark Matter inside. It is a special material that can be made into great items by the Blacksmith man in Yallam. The down side is it always turns out to be a cursed item. Go back east, then south and exit this room.

 

 

In this room, go south and you will see a pillar puzzle. I recommend you set Sand as a hot key here. First push the lower horizontal log south. Push the upper horizontal log north. Go south and push the lower horizontal log north. Go west and push the vertical log east. Go north and stand on some sand, then use Sand and go to the north of the lower horizontal log. Push it south. Use the same method to push the upper horizontal log south. Go to the southwest sand patch and use Sand. Go to the left of the second vertical log. Push it east.

 

From here go west and climb the ladder. Go through the door. Hop along the "Pound Pillar" to your left and climb down the ladder. Face the wooden pillar and use Move to push it onto the circle. Now head back to the pillar puzzle room. Go south and enter the next room. Here, go east you will find a treasure chest. Take the Orihalcon. Climb the ladder and use Burst. Jump across the gap and enter the staircase.

 

 

Back to floor 1, go all the way to the west end (using Sand to get through the rocks) and enter the door. In the next room, go north and enter the staircase. Back in the basement, climb down the ladder and go east. You will see something going crazy in the sand. Prepare for a battle. Use Scoop to dig it out.

Battle:: This is an easy battle. 2-3 of level 4 and combo summons should finish it.

 

Go north and use Pound on the pillar. Go north and in the next room, go north and push the wooden pillar onto the circle. Now go back to the previous room and go back to floor 1.

 

 

In floor 1, go east then through the pillar puzzle. Go north and enter the next room. Go southeast and follow the path to a staircase. In the basement, go west and jump across the pillar. Go south and exit this room. Here go west and jump across another pillar. Before entering the next room, you must save and prepare yourself for a boss battle.

 

Fight Valukar
Here, you need to fight Valukar, the fire guard.

 

 

Battle:: Valukar will standby your Djinn and use your summons. This is half-good and half-bad. You can concentrate on Psynergy and curing without having to unleash Djinn to get summons; however, your summons can be "stolen" by Valukar. You have to use the summons before he uses yours. I recommend you use Mia as a healer because Valukar's attack is after yours. Mia is the last one to action. She can heal your members after Valukar's attack. Valukar has no psynergy and he can only do physical attack. This is not a tough battle.

 

After you defeat Valukar, you get a stone tablet that will let you summon Daedalus, as long as you have 4 Mars and 3 Venus Djinn on standby. Use Retreat to leave.
