If you're really going to hunt then my respect for you has dropped considerably.

Nothing wrong with hunting, as long as its for food, and not just to put a head on the wall. I hate people that do that.

I'd find that creepy. Waking up in the morning and seeing a head staring at you. Have fun by the way.

I have a friend that goes hunting. I always find it creepy to go to his place. He's got several deer and a few moose heads mounted on the wall, he's got a bear, a real one, that he had shot and taken to get stuffed. It sits right in front of the entrance way in a very realistic pose. Scared the **** out of me the first time I saw it. He also has other verious critters stuffed and placed around his house. Includeing, but not limited to, a giant snake, like anaconda size, in the bathroom. I worry about him sometimes.

Snake... in the bathroom? Has his head been checked recently?
I mean what does he do with it?
                ...
                ...
Do I want to know? ;)
Hunting never really bothered me too much. It's not something I'd want to do, but it's not something I'd complain about. I have no really strong views over it.

My view is just that if you are going to go hunting, don't just do it for sport. This guy dissapointes me sometimes because he will go out just to shoot a deer and take the head to mount on his wall, and leave everything else. I hate that kind of waste, just like when the settlers would go out and massasre bufflo just to take the skins and leave the rest to rot. Or sometimes just massacure them for the fun and leave the bodies for the fun. It always makes me feel sick when I read of the kind of slauter.

Agreed with escout, hunting is something I've got an extremelly strong view of. People that hunt for sport should themselves be hunted down, and I would be more than happy to be the person to do so.

Woo, I'm back. And Alaska is amazing. All of you should go, especially in the summer. It never ever gets dark, and the scenery is mindblowing. I went canoeing for a week, and toured the rest of the time. Seriously, go to Alaska. NOW.

Nah, but I did shoot a moose. With a camera! Oh, I'm hilarious. The closest I got to killing anything was cathing a fish, and then putting it back. Anyway, there isn't much a Fourth of July celebration because it never gets dark enough for fireworks. Also, backpack food is kinda nasty.
