I love this! I prefer the original English Version (though the faster remix was also quite good).
Fire Emblem and Golden Sun also have very good themes. Also Legend of Zelda, especially Wind Waker (I LOVE humming the opening theme and the one about the legend) and Ocarina of Time...

Yeah, it's the English version I prefer, but the Japanees Version is just as good, only that it's harder to udnerstand so I prefer the English one. :)
Anyhow, another VG Soundtrack I like, is:
"Innocent Love" from "Zone of the Enders: The Second Runner OST"
It's like the final showdown song used in both the PS2 Games & The Animé Series & Movie, really really great stuff.

Guess.
And for anti-spam purpose's if you can't guess, it's FE theme. NOT the Recruiting theme that they play 1st in the SSBM remix. The main theme song. And. . . anything in Seisen no Keifu.

Other favourites include the music against Leblanc as Yuna when using Rikku and Paine at the start of ffx-2.
My absolute favourite however has to be the Dollet music on FF8 which is repeated at the festival of the hunt on FF9.

I am also liking the music in Guilty Gear, it's all very catchy and rocky. Makes you really want to fight well! ^__^
Oh yeah, I also love the music from Grandia - such a classic RPG.

God is an Understatement. Its to bad that's he's left Sqaure (or so Ive heard).
Final Fantasy music is brilliant. Especially some from X-2 (Not the pop stuff, the final battle theme)
Harry-Gregson williams (Famour Composer for movies and Games) Is also god-like. Some of his work for Metal Gear Solid 2 is better than you'll ever hear in some movies.

What was your favourite FF music?
#35
Posted 28 January 2005 - 11:25 PM
1000 words: 10/10
my utter favourite (at the moment) is the battle theme when you fight Shuyin. I've previously liked the music called "Bevelle Underground". (It doesnt play much in the game. But its on when Angra Mainyu comes out to say hi, and when your attacked by a malboro in the Bevelle Labirynth)

Hmm... I think I like MS's music better. The interior of the trees in Elinna's area's music rocks  as well as Sleepy Wood's music.

Gran Turismo music will always be great aswell, because its real music. It's not by anyone who is overly popular, but then, when was the last time Nobuo made it to the top 40 hits? lol

Mind you, I don't do it often, just every once in a while to give people something to post in.
That said, one of my favorite video game music themes will always be Saturos' Battle Theme from GS... such an incredibly upbeat, engaging battle theme.
