[Nosferatu]

I thought I would make something nice and big. Something that could be for everyone, whether you just want to fight each other, quest, or particpate in a "challenge" as I'm going to call it.

First off, you can use your characters in this.
There is no requirement for you to participate in anything. There is something I will simply call the Tavern. Basiclly, it's just using your character and well, doing whatever there. Talking, eating, drinking. In a short way, you can just role-play your hearts out.

Another part is the "Colosseum" where you can challenge other players to a duel. Be it one on one, or group fights. You can fight to win money, or you can just bet on the people fighting.

"Challenges" will be almost long quests, that you can kill things in. These will be made in large scale, usually based off some video game. For simplicty, the areas will be constructed using the Metroid Zero Mission Maps on a graph. Killing things, finding items or upgrades from the games, or just discovering something will earn you money also. I can explain these after I have a first one ready, and if by some miracle, this actually picks up.

Upgrades are the items from the games, that you can find, and equip. Say, if there was a Mario based one, such as the Fire Flower, the character (or group) that found it, would recieve something like the power of the Fire Flower. For use in the Colosseum, or the challenges. If for some reason, you choose not to particpate in a challenge, the upgrades will be available to buy after the challenge is finished, but they will be very costly, as they would have just been easier to get yourself.

Fighting works like this. Each character will start off with these options: Attack, Strong Attack, Defend, or a character specific ability. Each player PMs me 10 moves, and after all moves have been sent, I shall write out how it went. If it is versus creature, the person(s) send me the order of moves, and awaits the post to see how it went. If it is person(s) verseus person(s), both parties involved sends the move sets. If the fight does not end after 10 moves from each person(s) or creature involved, another 10 moves shall be required. The character specific move can be sent with (CSM) beside it. There can be upsets, such as two attacks happening at once and cancelling both attacks out.

For now, just the Tavern is open. Any feedback would be appreciated too. Questions if you've got 'em also. (It's 4:30am here so I plan to sleep.)

Folcon enters the Tavern and sits down at a table. When the waitress asks for his order, he asks for ale.

(OOC: It's generic for now, but it won't be once we start getting those maps and video game power-ups. This sounds fun, except I don't really like the way we battle)

Mordread walked into the crowded Tavern and sat down at an unoccupied table. He liked the atmosphere of the inn, it had a sort of anxious but cozy feeling to it. When the waitress came over to take his order, he chose good ol' beer. Waiting for his beverage to arrive, he looked around at the people surrounding him.

(OOC: Guys, what is wrong with you!? You were all moaning about how you wanted RPs on GSSF, and now that you have 'em you don't want to join 'em)

Folcon saw some lizard creature come into the tavern. Ignoring him, Folcon went back to his drink.

[Someone Else]

Bob walks into the tavern and starts begging for money to fund his karate lessons.

[Toasty]

Toasty walks in and collapses on the floor. But then get's up after noticing a man asking around for money to fund karate lessons. He totters over to the man.

[Folcon]

Folcon looked up from his drink as some guy came in begging for money to fund his Karate lessons. Folcon pulled out a coin and tossed it in the man's direction.

[Toasty]

Toasty jumped high into the air and did a flying jump kick thing to the coin in mid flight. He looked at the begging man and said "I'll teach you that if you agree to be my apprentice."

[Folcon]

Grumbling to himself, Folcon went back to his ale.
