Is there a way to download an entire website and all associated files? (that's images, Flash, etc)

IE has the Save As function under the page menu. FF has the Work Offline option, but that's only temporary. It seems like I remember there bein a 'Make Page Available Offline' function in an older version of IE, but I can't find it anymore.

There are countless tools that attempt to do this, with varying levels of success. It really depends on what kind of website you want to download. A relatively static one like GSS is pretty easy to deal with, but many of the more complex, dynamic websites can get tricky for the script/program doing the download (since it's aiming for a moving target). Some Googling should reveal some of the multitude of options.

I'm pretty sure that only saves a link to the page.

It's saved as an MHTML document actually. How well that works I'm not entirely sure but it's worth looking into.
