I found this place by accident looking the location of my last djin. I noticed this had a forum page and decided to check it out. SoT's stoy (he was still writing it at the time) caught my attention imedietly. I read it over, thought it was great, and saw that there were more people on, and that they were replying to his story. So, i created an acount. didnt work, so made another one. After i had posted in Sot's fanfic, i decided to visit the TRT. Same thing happened. Mr.T made me luagh, and i wanted to tell him so. After that, it was "I wanna cool sig and avy like these guys." or "i wanna go up a few ranks."
So here i am today, asking you to reply to a topic I made

I kept checking the GSW Feedback/Suggestions forum for a couple of days, and after I read almost everything there was, I decided to have a look around the other parts of the forum. After about two weeks of checking the place out I decided to join.
My reason was that I wanted to know some of the guys that would take part in GSW because it would be boring not knowing anybody. That was after the last server test had finished, but I thought GSW would reopen soon. Well, it was postponed many times, but in the end I got to like the forums and members, and I stayed for reasons other than GSW.

I found the forums button (first forum, didn't know what it was.) and found people could talk to each other.
So I joined thinking I could ask "werrzzz dat gs game????"
I hadn't actually played Golden Sun at the time, and didn't wanna seem like an idiot, so I took the one name and move I could remember my friend telling me about. Piers, and Diamond Burg.

I asked Max to ban me 'cause I didn't wanna come back, because I knew if I could come back I would. I guess you know how that ended up..
LOL, at the time, I was in the top 10 posters with like, 2178 posts. Now everyone has over 1k.

I first found out about GSSF from Max before the forums were actually up and running. Since we were pretty tight back then, i was asked to be a mod (which i greatfully accepted =D yay!). Then a buncha stuff happened.
I gatta say that these are probably the only forums i've truely ever been strongly attached to. That's why i always find myself crawling back here after periods of time. This is like literally my internet "hometown" (actually the GS community in general) =') *sniff* It's where is ALL began for me =p

Anyways, pretty much quoting from what I said in the other topic, I found this site when I was looking at other Golden Sun sites. I joined, since I LOVE Golden Sun. n.n;; I didn't start becoming active until after the first server test of GSW, during which I made some friends. =D

I found this site back in seventh grade. I was playing Golden Sun for the second time then and found the blacksmith and djinn guides very useful. I then saw the GSW site and found out that I missed the sever test. I kept coming back to see if GSW was up and running, but never joined the forums because (if you'll believe it) I was even more noobish then than I am now. I was like, "O NOEZ A STALKER'S GONNA GET MEH OMG!!!" So, somewhat recently the voice of reason spoke to me, saying, "If you don't join the forums, you'll never find out when GSW is up."
So... tah-dah! Here I am.

I'll bet anything that we've got a lot of lurkers on our hands.

Anyway, that was NOT my first time seeing GSS. I first saw it when I was a member of GSAR and noticed that it's 'parent' is GSS, so I checked it out, find out it was too much for me to take... (being a person who really really prefers her lurkerness) Was rather content with just watching it grow. I stop after GSAR closed. Never returned to check GSS out until GSL and other similiar attempts by Twit failed and I wonder back here again...
It seems I have a thing for half-empty forums... >3>;
Probably just that lots of member scares me off. Which also leads back to my preference of smaller group of people over large group of people.
But I'm sure you all is bored to sleep by now, so I shall just doodle on your faces, just for fun. =)
*doodles on you all 's face and ran away*

I actually visited GSS for the first time in the second week it was opened. I had just beaten the first game then (I can't tell you how much I loved it), and was more or less looking for general "information" and fansites on it, and I came across this one.
It was strange though. Over the next few weeks, it was no longer the walkthroughs, guides, etc. that led me here - it was the community here. I watched (as a guest still) and read through the different topics, back in the day of the "classic" vets... Neo, Agatio, Izar, Sheba, Julian...
I decided to join not soon afterward as nothing more than a GS fanboy, but more to just get to know this community that seemed to have something that "clicked".
And here I am. GSSF has truly been a great time for me here, and this will always be my favorite online community ever.

I was waiting for someone to bring that up. Yeah, John's been a good friend of mine since Junior High, but back then he was always into going "against" what everybody else was into. Well, I go to college now in Boston (which is only a four hour bus ride from NYC). Ironically though, the rest of my family moved down south to Georgia because my dad got a new job.
So while I'm living the college life here in Boston, I think of myself as having two other "homes" - Georgia, my "official" new home where my family is, and NYC, which is where I've spent nearly all of my 17 years, and where I have my closest friends and family friends here.
Heh, I'm actually going back to NY to stay with some old high school friends this Columbus Day weekend, I can't wait. :P

I have two houses. One is my Dad's, and one is my Mom's. I take turns living at both houses each week, however I consider my actuall house to be my Mom's.
