Mmm. Turkey. And yes I know it's Thanksgiving, but I don't like calling it that. You people can talk about that. I'm hungry.

And you silly other non-Canadians can talk about it until your turkey.

I didn't know anyone outside of the US even celebrated it. :P

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays because that's the first time of the year that my entire famiily gets together.

Why do we even know that? Isn't it a little bit sad so we know so much about America? I doubt that anyone on this forum, that is not an Aussie or doesn't use Google, can tell me when Australia Day is. :P

Yeah, we learned about Australia Day in social studies over here in the USA. It's on January 20th or something. It marks the 1st fleet setting up some colony on the coast of Australia and starting trade. Oh YEah. :P

This sucks. I need a costume idea for a Halloween party. I would prefer a good video game character, but it needs to be cheap, and easily recognizable. Anyone got a suggestion? Maybe I should make this a separate topic.

it wasn't sarcastic, i really feel bad for them and the Native Americans when Columbus came.

Columbus killed native americans, and he wasn't even the first person to come to the Americas. He really shouldn't have his own holiday... ;)
