I was playing Wario Ware earlier, frantically trying to unlock everything. I wasn't wearing the wrist strap. It flew out of my hand and hit the corner of our 44" plasma TV screen and totalled it. Insurance wont cover it. I have to pay £1400 to pay for a new TV, meaning that I cant buy anything for the next like 3 years.

...Have fun playing Metroid Prime 3 on no T.V.
But seriously, damn that sucks. Now you know why they have the wrist strap.

Damn unfortunate. I guess the only thing you can do is send the pictures to Wiihaveaproblem and see if they'll be nice and give you the money.

When I buy my Wii I'm probably not going to use the Wii mote. It doesn't interest me all that much. You don't have to use it, do you? (just checking!)

We're getting the new TV on friday. Insurance finally gave in, and there's only a £200 excess
