Well, hello to everyone from the GSSF!
I just thought to register here... mostly because I'm the guy who's responsible for the German translation of GSS. You guessed right, I'm hailing from Germany. 19 years old by the way.
What to say now :) Uh, basically I know of GS Syndicate since the very beginning. I may not have memories anymore of that time long ago, but let's just say I'm sure I know it since then... :unsure: Whatever! It's a really amazing site, and perhaps the only one that ever managed to reach the content depth of the GS Realm (all hail), and while this alone is a most noteworthy achievement, I have the feeling it slowly even surpasses it in terms of content... <_<
I'm also the webmaster of probably the biggest German GS site as well, whoever wants to take a look at it may try this link:

Although I advise you to wait until November 25th, because like the GSS I'm currently revamping my site and ours are most likely going to go online at the same time then. And the new layout will kick major buttocks, unlike the current one! ^_^

I guess the GS scene never really took off in Germany, it's still a popular game, but there aren't much fans around anymore. Probably because there weren't any dedicated (and good) sites until about 2005 (mine started during that time :)). And at that point it was just too late. The forums I run are mostly empty and dead. I still run and actively develop my site to show the passion I have for both games. =D
That's probably why I post way too much on the GSR forums. And maybe on the GSFF now as well, who knows!
