I leave on sunday for Sunriver, Oregon, so I'll probably be gone (which means I'll try, and fail, to have a life an stay away from GSSF while skiing/snowboarding).

Thankfully, Gamestop got their Wii shipment in today, so I have something to entertain me after a long day of skiing (or with luck, snowboarding. Hopeing to take that up too). There'll be like, 2 feet of snow there covering a good sized golf course, so I'll have plenty of snow to build a giant 200 foot ice slide. ^_^ Or the worlds biggest snowman. Either one works.

So yeah, I guess I'll see you guys later.
    ....on sunday.

I'd do that too, if I had an HTC Shift and a waterproof case for it.

Dont dodge the trees, and make sure people are there with cameras. Within minutes of crashing into a tree and blood flying being filmed, it will be on the internet.

So anyway, even though my Ski boots still fit, they don't fit my ski's. So, I tried snowboarding. It's actually a lot easier than I thought it'd be, but that might be because I already know how to ski (I'm used to sliding down a hill on planks strapped to my feet). But, I still can't turn on my toes well. I got the heels down pretty much as soon as I strapped on the board, but every time I try to turn pn my toes and face the mountain, I eitherspin back around shortly afterwards, or fall. I fell twice, and I think I might've ruptured a kidney. XD

And I actually did almost hit a tree. Snowboards are harder to control than ski's, and the hill I was on slants to the right. Right towards the trees. Skiing is less tiring and easier (so far) in my opinion, but I don't know. Snowboards look way cooler. XD

                                    I. AM. BACK.

Snowboarding is fun, but skiing is a LOT less tiring. If you get stuck in a dead spot (like at the end of a slope for exapmle) while you're skiing, you just have to push yourself along with your poles. In snowboarding, you have to unstrap a boot and push yourself along with one leg until you reach a slope, or the lift, and using one leg like that is kinda awkward for me. Plus, whenever I'd get down the hill, my knees would be killing me.

But snowboarding is a bit more fun imo. Though my lazy side wants me to go back to skiing. XD
