Only thing that was similar to the website logo was in fact the title, my art work was completely different, even the title looked strange. Basically the website copyright their logo, which is was basically a text, easily done in Microsoft word and they copyrighted it. Unlucky for me :) XD

Personally I would've fought it. Then again I have way too much time on my hands. But if you weren't trying to sell this thing, why do they care so much? Apparently they're the ones with too much time on their hands

I was wasn't boasting major about it or anything I just wanted to help my friend.
Believe me my mum was pissed at me and i still fear of another Argos catalog coming my way XD
Myabe they thought I owned Corrupted Justice logo because when you submit work on DeviantArt you are claiming as your own, even under my work there the little 'c' symbol that states copyright, maybe the company got annoyed, who knows, maybe they were trying to scare me (worked on my mum but no too bad on me).
Hahahaha I don't really see myself getting big but even if it did come back to haunt me I don't think everyone would hate me for it, they would if they sued me for it, they may think I could be a crappy lawyer/solicitor but it won't stop me from studying law:). I just won't get employed. XD
But I agree with Lightingstar, it does seem corrupted.

And anyway, Chuck Norris could roundhouse kick all their asses instead of suing them.

Taken from the US copyright center:
What Is Not Protected by Copyright?
Several categories of material are generally not eligible for federal copyright protection. These include among others:
*Works that have not been fixed in a tangible form of expression (for example, choreographic works that have not been notated or recorded, or improvisational speeches or performances that have not been written or recorded)
*Titles, names, short phrases, and slogans; familiar symbols or designs; mere variations of typographic ornamentation, lettering, or coloring; mere listings of ingredients or contents
*Ideas, procedures, methods, systems, processes, concepts, principles, discoveries, or devices, as distinguished from a description, explanation, or illustration
*Works consisting entirely of information that is common property and conta
ining no original authorship (for example: standard calendars, height and weight charts, tape measures and rulers, and lists or tables taken from public documents or other common sources)
THEREFORE. you should sue them for trying to sue you! :P
