I absolutely adore this band. They have such a unique sound with the classic instruments they play and the result is wonderful. I have both of their albums, Funeral and their most recent album Neon Bible - I love "Crown of Love" and especially "Keep The Car Running" - so catchy and well-done, it's my song of the year for 2007.

So, anyone else know/like Arcade Fire too?

      >.< why do you keep doing this to me GL?? creating topics that will make me melt like the fangirl I secretly am.

      Arcade fire is love n.n

tunnels is my favourite, and crown of love is in the top 5. keep the car running was a brilliant follow up, but I feel deviates too much from their classics. or at least classics to me.

oh dear god i lurf them <333

mmk, wake up, rebellion (lies), neighborhood #3 (power out) ALL AMAZING

those with tunnels and crown of love are my top 5. I mean top 5 songs out of everyone. EVER

...Did I mention I love them?

I previewed some of their music; not bad!

Although they're a bit 80-ish sounding for me, and personally I can't stand 80's music XD

I'm not so much a fan of the Neighborhoods. I like Laika, and 7 Kettles, but the other two are just alright. Crown of Love and onward are pretty much the best songs ever.

Neon Bible is so excellent...The only song I don't like is Black Mirror.

I haven't really heard the EP, have any of you people?

I'm currently checking out them on YouTube. I like Keep The Car Running a lot. Anyone recommend any other songs?

They're okay, not bad but not amazing. They're sort of average IMO. Still, I like to listen to Keep the Car Running, it gives me a break from normal music.

Yes they are and they are pure genius. eug I would really recommend Tunnels. It's just so creative. However if you like more mainstream (like keep the car running) I suggest power out.

Canada has some awsome rock music, and some fairly good rap. Canibus and Common are great Canadian rappers.

Neon Bible is a very cool album, but the only song I absolutely love is "Keep The Car Running".
