2 days from valentine's day and I was just wondering who celebrates it and why or why not. What are you getting/doing for him/her and the usual. Tell about your general valentine's day experiences and stuff. Have good fun ^^. I'm actually chalking a big I LOVE YOU on the road in front of her home and a guitar serenade later on with maybe a little gift. Why? Just because I like comercial bull. I think it's cool to celebrate your love for a person together with the rest of the planet, it makes the message a lot more powerful I think.

Give him homemade chocolate, or some other homemade confectionery. Or tickets to an event you could both enjoy. I know my brother's wife got him tickets to Wrestle Mania. I'd say a romantic dinner and movie, but that's something a guy should give.

Yeah, we may be going out friday night with two other friends to see a movie, but only so I can have one of the friends (a female) pick me up to make it look like I'm just going with her. (I'm allowed to date, but it just makes life easier if my parents don't know that I'm dating someone). We'll probably split up once we get into the movies so me and him can have a little privacy as it would technically be a date.

And I can't cook. Hell, I can barely make instant Jello and have it come out alright. ;_;

Any other ideas?

I'm a fan of the rose, roses are nice, and you can walk around with them all day with the "Ha, someone loves me" look on your face. You don't do that with chocolates. If you want to make a date of it, just go to see a movie, I'm too young to go on restaurant dates yet (except for fast food and face it, 6 chicken nuggets on valentines day may not send off the right message)
