better read it agian mate, that there says liquid... he's the boss in mgs 1. Unless your confusing solidus with solid? Solidus is the third snake in the les enfant terebes project (aka:president of USA) and is in MGS 2:sons of liberty. Seymours the boss in final fantasy X, sephiroth is from FF VII, and if you dont know where dullahan is from, well, you shouldnt be here...Than should clear a bit up.

It said Solid Snake before, and no, wasn't confusing it with Solidus, it deffinately, 100%, said "Solid Snake" right at the top of teh poll. Either someone edited it or someone edited it. ^_^

And I know who Liquid is, I'm an avid MGS gamer.

When i first looked at it, it said Solid Snake and not Solidus, and Karst and Agatio be a better choice from Golden Sun as they have some relevence to the story.

Believe me, I wouldn't have pointed it out if I wasn't positive, I checked and I double checked, it's not even a big deal but I'm surprised you're denying this when I'm positive.

I liked Sturmgeist from Medal of Honor: Frontline. But he's very hard, especially with all his men shooting at you! I did a null vote, meaning I didnt vote at all. There should be an 'other' choice... -_-

Anyhow, I'm spamming up this place with all my off-topic posts so I'll add another fave boss.

From KH, these semi-boss battle's were great.

Cloud & Leon - Totally awesome battle, first I take out Leon, then I enjoy playing with Cloud.

Leon & Yuffie - I know it's a good tactic to take out Yuffie first, but I like her more so I take out Leon to have fun with Yuffie.

When you start on Destiny Island, and you get to have "Play fights" with Selphie, Tidus & Wakka, those have yo be some of my faves, and the Riku battle is also there.

Even though he wasnt on the list my favorite so far would be the Ganon from Four Swords Adventures for GCN!

Liquid was by far one of tehbest non-RPG bosses out there, although for some reason game developers over-exadurate a characters British accent (Examples: Liquid Snake, Soldiers from Full Spectrum Warrior etc.) he was smart, he was the twin of the main character, giving you the impression he was just as good as Solid in a way, his background showed he was like a super-solider, just like Solid Snake, and he wore that cool jacket which made him look all the more better, Solidus Snake wa just *** though, they took him too far, Liquid was more realistic, and the final Jeep scene was nice.

RPG boss's in my opinion are always the most detailed and most thought out (I mean final boss's not boss's in general).

Ganondorf in the Ocarina of Time. That was just epic o_o He was a disappointment in The Wind Waker.

Another great boss, where I had some troubles and I usually don't have that with normal bosses were the weapons from FF7 o_o; but not really a boss :E

I liked him in wind waker, the sword fight thing was cool, just very very easy :\.

Ridley in Super Metroid and Metroid Prime would be my fav :D. From the ones on the list, none. I've never played any of those games ;) :smile:. (other than GS of course)

I Admit defeat. While I may have put Solid Snake's name in, instead of Solidus', im pretty sure i didnt go back and correct it. *Having doubts now though*. Anyways, sorry about the confusion and sorry to Anubis for me taking it WAY to far. And also for not putting in enough options. :(

I don't know all of these guys from that poll but my favorite Boss is still King K. Rool from the Donkey Kong series. He's funny, tricky, has some sence of humour and his EYE! ;) I like the Dark Kongs from Donkey Kong Jungle Beat to, a shame they don't talk but they are still fun to fight agains. ^_^

First of all, Bonjo Bonjo creeped me out ( My cousin helped me beat him) and I tried getting Dullahan but I was missing a few Djinn so I gave up on getting him. I saw some screenshots of him and he looked cool.

Kefka from Final Fantasy VI was better than Sephiroth, I think. Sephiroth was pretty cool, but Kefka was just crazy. Really, he was. Just play it, and you'll probably agree.

i played on don't agree, Kefka spent large amounts of the story not doing anything, whilst Sephiroth was a constant threat.

I think Ganon from OoT is the best. Not Ganondorf, GANON. With the tail, and the horns, and that nose....yeah. He wasn't social, but he was kickarse.

I personaly think Lord Yggdrasil was the worst, hes from tos if you don't know
He was an angel, had his own religon, could rip worlds apart, and controlled all angels. He also has a giant robot, half elf followers, and god like powers. He pwns you all. (i beat him though)
