Every fast food resturaunt in the US lets the customer fill their own cup. And it's only as many refills you want as long as you don't get caught. You're only supposed to refill once.

BK's apple pies suck. I've had them. The double and tripple stackers are better than anything McDonald's has, but you can't beat a good home made burger with fresh produce, bacon, and real cheddar cheese on it.

I've had bacon cheese burgers in more places than I can count, and (not including home-made) Hard Rock Cafe has the best. Applebee's comes second, Fudrucker's comes third, Michael on the Lake (local resturaunt) comes fourth, Carl's junior comes fifth, and everything else comes sixth because they suck so much in comparison.

As for fries, BK's are all right, but all the places I said before have way better fries. Except for Carl's junior. Their fries are about as good as BK's.
