How much do given powerups (Mint etc.) raise a character's stats? chance involved

I was experimenting to see how much the powerups improved a character's stats and I quickly noticed some didn't have a set amount that they would increase. For example, when trying with the Cookie 10 times raised PP varied from 10 to 12 points. Does anyone have the complete information for all the powerups?

The ammount of PP given by a cookie is based soely on penis size. I'm sure you will notice if you use it on Garet, you'll gain 3 PP..max.

Well...Seems that everyone else is a bit perverted...
Anyway i think it's something that it increases by a random number within a certian amount, but i can't be sure... and that range of increase changes from person to person...

Ok, so it seems to be fairly complex as far as figuring out exactly how much each character can get from these powerups. Probably possible to do with testing, but it would take a long time.
