Connecting 360 to live thru Laptop Having some issues

    So I've been trying to get onto Xbox Live by routing my 360 through my laptop, and it worked at first. After I tried to download the update though, it told me that my connection cut out and I have to download the update again, but I can't get it to work again. Any suggestions?

      Tried rebooting the router?

        The laptop is the router in this case.

        How exactly are you doing it blue?

          But the laptop has to connect to something. Unless it's on a direct link to the ISP.

            If the laptop is getting internet, then there's nothing wrong with the wireless router (if he is even using one, which I assume he is unless he has an ethernet PC Card/Express Card in his laptop).
