Ugh, Quest 64 is the worst game ever. Sometimes the battles were half fun, but walking through endless passages definately isn't :wacko:. Plus, you needed a memory card to save, wtf.

Question for Dullahan: Why is it that you hate Legend of Dragoon? I thought the transforming into dragon warriors was great. The battle music was cool/ catchy, the battle scene itself good, the selection of weapons i admit was a bit small and the fact that i own a burnt copy of it that takes aprrox. 1 hour to load in the town of hoax is really ANNOYING!. The storyline was a bit Cliche, but overall, it was a great game, the Characters were pretty cool, and most improtantly the graphics were good ( for the time) -- but still second to final fantasy of course. Anyway, the game i thought was the worst ever made is, well actually, Mario is Missing probably.

Hmm... Not sure about this because I always read reviews and check up on games before I buy them to avoid wasting my money on crap like that... But the worst one I've ever played would be Ghouls'n'Ghosts, a nice retro came that was a little hard and boring at the same time, and that's the last think you want, the words Hard & Boring in the same game. ;)

Oh yeah! lmao I take it back! DBZ games are the worst I've palyed! And I've played the ones that weren't released outside of Japan, all the DBZ games on the PS1 sucked, and Budukai sucked pretty much too, it was nothing special.

I have many reasons for hating Legend of Dragoon

1)Considering it was released the same time as FF9 the graphics are awful.
2)The battle system is ultra tedious
3)The story is dull and boring
4)From around Disc 3 every dungeon consists of standing on teleporters till you reach the boss
5)The battle music changes almost every half disc
6)All the battle music is crap.
7)The characters aren't particularly well designed and hard to actually care for
8)Not enough CG
9)Irritating voice overs in battle (just hearing 'volcano' again makes me sick)
10)Most of the dragons look more like insects than dragons (especially the green one)
11)Limited Weapons
12)Rips Star Wars (Dart i am your father)
13)The character models were as bad as FF7's
14)Dart is a clear clone of Cloud
15)You have to think in every battle, you can't just hold X. It makes training even more tedious.

Reason number 15 was a bit weird considering that it makes the game more of a challenge, look at Ninja Gaiden, it's hard as hell yet people love it, in fact there was an update for the game to make it even harder since the DEvelopers thought it wasn't hard enough lol.

anyways, the worst RPG i think i've played would be FFX-2, i'm not saying it's terrible or anything, it's just that the change from FFX to X-2 is well, HUGE and well because of that it didn't turn out so good, making big changes is a gamble and sometimes things don't end up as good (yes, i thought it was worse than FFX) anyways, it's still a good game, i mean RPG duhh! right? but i mean i was expecting MUCH better.

Worst game I've played....hmmm....I'd have to say Zone of Enders. It started off really exciting, but then when I beat the entire game in 5 hours, I hated it. The ending wasn't good and everything was so repetative.

I wouldnt go so far as to say Turok was the worst game of all time, The recnt Somic titles were far worse...Agent Under Fire was apalling too, I finished it in about 6 hours.

I remember once seeing a review of carmageddon where you ran over zombies in a car and it got negative 25%

I have no Idea why Dullahan hated Legend of Dragoon.... Chocobo's Dungeon is pretty stupid too. Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest. Now that was a horrible embarressment (Spelling?) Also PilotWings 64. That was so stupid! It only had 3 different types of Music for the whole game! It was fun at first, then it got stupid. It's hard to get 100% on even the first stages! And last and least is: ...DR.MARIO! ZOMGWTFMAN! I swear I can't even figure out what to do....^_^ Good thing my freind has it and not me :) (It would be a waste of money)

More on Unlimited Saga

1. Picture of character moves like a board game.

2. The scenes show a enlarged picture of your character just standing there without moving (Not even their mouth)

3. In scenes they talk (As in voice) rarely


And that is why it's so stupid! I mean, just look for images on Google for Unlimited Saga and you'll litterally die...(not really) I mean it's for PS2 for God's sake! And worse graphics than SNES!

I've played a lot of really bad games, but I'd have to say that the worst game I've ever played was Untold Legends for the PSP, it was so boring and I heard Gameinformer bragging about it being the best game ever. Trust me, if you have a PSP, don't buy this game or you will find yourself going to dungeons that look exactly alike and battling monsters that say they will kill you, until you swing your sword once and cut them up!!!!!!!!! ;) ( I really don't like this game)

I'd say the worst game I've ever played was without a doubt "Monaco Racing Grand Prix." That has got to be the worst N64 game ever! (btw, it is my little brother's :ph34r:) I hate everything about it. Stupid sport games... Always so terrible! ;)

I hated megaman & bass, the bosses only I like the game, just not the bosses!! grR!! They was as fast as mavericks from the mmx sieries, but you could move faster with zero or x but they p00ned me bad! At one point i got so pissed at pirate man because I got him down to 1 more hit and truned into a ball and killed me I took tehy game out and threw it across the room. Sucks it still works...

Easily cue club international for Ps2. Don't think becasue cue club on PC was good that this is.

It is crap, boring and absolutley NO enjoyment came out of it at all.

One game that I can't stand, but have to play is Final Fantasy X-2. Its like playing dress up with barbie dolls, except they fight monsters. If you played Final Fantasy X, and want to get this game, DON'T. Just think up your own ending in your head, its better than throwing money at this crappy game.

also about what u said about FFX-2 Golden Djinn i agree. i sorta feel like just downloading the ending senes of the game because the battleing system is awful. but i bought the game and intend to finish it.

(anyone know? if so tell me) o yea this was for GBA. i think the XBOX one has glitches also. i'm not sure.

I still have the Pokemon Card game for my GBA and I still play it on long trips. The fun thing about this game is trying out the deck you have made against all opponents until you have a deck that can match up to all the decks in the game. I don't believe that this was the worst game I have ever played.

I can't be bothered arguing, a tip, length in a game is a good because that means it lasts longer so you get more for your money, you clearly didn't understand the plot, and random battles are a must for all RpGs uless by ridicolous you mean hard then you be really bad at the game. The graphics where groundbreaking, the CG is still better than a lot of games today, it's easy to say graphics are bad if a game's been out seven years.

i sense a FF devotee. It's just my opinion and im afraid i stick by it. I understood the plot and found it generally lacking in motive for the characters to even be participating. Sadly though that's a common feature across video games. And im aware the graphics look dated now but a in very old games it was still possible to tell what everything was whereas there were times i found it difficult in FF8^^

As for random battles i meant the frequency of which they occurred. That meant my levels were all stupidly high for the games various bosses and i havent as yet had any trouble with them =/ It was my first ever RPG too. But i understand the fact that the majority of people like Final Fantasy and i've only played this one to be fair, the rest may be much better. Many people have told me it was the worst in the series so i guess i was unlucky.

And i dont count pre-renders as ingame graphics.

Sorry to have offended though, again, it's just my opinion and that's what the thread asked for...

The worst game ever? The E.T. game by Atari. I haven't played it, but the fact that it crashed Atari's monopoly over gaming is bad enough.

If you count the games I actually played, then I would say the second Naruto game for the GBA (long title I can't remember). That is pure button mashing, with absolutely no challenge after you figure out how to run.

And I can't say anything about FF8.

Wow....just....wow...Budokai? Can't be THE worst...same with wrestling games...Advance Wars? I thought that was one of the best GBA games...Resident Evil 4? One of the best games on the GC...Wild Arms? Worst game i ever played is XS. Why?

1. Graphics are horrible. I know it was released in '96, but that's no excuse.
2. Main hero is looking and talking like Arnold Schwarzenegger.
3. It has no story. I couldn't call simple killing of people/beasts/something in arena a story

The worst game of all time will be written right here: Frogger's Great Adventure for pS2. Look, I only played it because my friend gave it to me for free. Otherwise I wouldn't even know it existed, and it was probably the most pitiful, simple, easy, dare I say it? ****tiest game ever.

@ FF8: Anyone who defends this is an FF obsesee. But, guess what? I AM one of the many FF obsesees. And I can tell you right now that after beating every game in the series except 2 (what a freaking horrible game) that FF8 is a shallow and dull game.

"I am Squall. My character is made of of no emotion, a desire to fight witches, and bland dialogue. I spend most of my days running in and out of prisons, fighting overly large motorcycles and summoning cactuses. I am also a warrior. Well, a bit of a pansy too."

Face it - not one charcter in that game made you hate or love them, which in the end made up the worst FF of all time, the worst FF to ever plague the world, and a sad thing at that.
I'm not done yet! What was up with those stupid thieves you kept taking control of? WHY?!? They were dumb charaters and were used just to 'extend' the already silly and unfrotunately long plot. I'm not saying it wasn't hard to understand - it just wasn't good. Plus the game was full of filler, even more filler than the sub-par Kingdom Hearts 2 (why why? why why why why why why so much excitement but all wasted dammit i was so obsessed but why?). And the sidequests aplenty were all silly.

Don't even get me started on the random battles. One step, two step, ZOMG IT'S A BATTLEZLIKEnOOb!!!!! Oh, look, I've won the battle, one ste- OMG IZ ZLIKE A BATTLEX!!!!!! Ok, it's all over now, time to just rest - OMGZ LIKE A MASSIUVE DeMoN!!!!!!!

You get the picture. And in end of this overly large post I leave you with this question:

One of my friends bought the Da Vinci Code game (I told him he would regret it). He said that it was awful. Apparently one section you have to hammer x and then press two different buttons at the exact same time. This was to open a window. B)
