oh, and I have to make up hurricane-days too...... I remember when Hurricane Ivan almost hit Louisiana and the Greater New Orleans Metro Area was evacuated....

However, it was a false alarm, so it was just 3 days with nothing to do....(I was home after the radio told us that Ivan was veering away from us; we were still heading out)

and those 3 missed days caused me to miss 3 days of winter break....

(there was none for some reason I don't know of) He got out a pen, said 'YOU GOT RABIES!!!', and then poked me with it.
