well, for all u FF luvers, i was wondering how you pronounce "Tidus".

I used pronounce it like Tie-dus

but it's actually Tea-dus (info from KH)

but i really think Tie-dus sounds better.

in FFX-2 it was ALWAYS "you" or "him" because you were allowed to have a custom name in FFX.

Well, I viewed it this way;

The game uses blue as its support colour (you know that games all have a different support colour. FE uses red, Zelda uses green, GS uses yellow) and Tidus' name, obviously, has the word 'tide' in it.

I'm going to continue to call him Tie-dus because i don't like being proved wrong, it's a habit now, i always pronounce things how i think they should be said. I've managed to rename Indalecio on Star Ocean 2 as Indacelo, i'm not quite sure how though.

Kim-r-e. thats how I, Yuna and the rest of the major characters say it. The only thing that bothers me about Tidus is that Yuna always calls him "You" or "Him" all the time. Not once is "Tidus" said. Damn Squaresoft for letting you pick Tidus's name in FFX! If they did that, they should made the FFX-2 program tap into your memory card and make Yuna say whatever you called him. If thats possible, me being just a humble Calculator programmer. Anyway, that would be cool...

Anyway, Tidus/tide=water. he's watery looking (as in blue goes well with him and the most "famous" picture of him, is him standing in the water holding the brotherhood, which is also blue) so I naturally assumed Tidus. sorry about of topic and i reckon yuna is hot in ffx-2, again of topic whoever said they don't like ffx my opion is that your insane and kingdom hearts rocks.
