What's the best way to train your characters in GS1? I'll accept all answers except killing saturos/menardi and dieing at the fusion dragon... I don't think I could stand all the long conversations...

Go to crossbone isle and keep facing the tempest lizard. Keep using the poisoin djinn, the stunn djinn, and the sleep djinn. Your characters take little damage, and you kill him in 2-3 turns if your lucky, 5 tops.

Just kill monsters in Venus Lighthouse (the second part). If you establish a method for killing them then it gets really easy. Any way you choose will still take lots of time.

Use the RNG method to kill tempest lizard in 2 turns EVERY TIME.

You can gain levels like mad that way.

Yes, if you're not over level 35, the tempest strategy really works fine. BUt once you get over 35, it doesn't boost you too quickly, walking around in venus lighthouse pt. 2 goes a lot faster.

a good way to train is to just walk aroung venus lighthouse in search of Fenrirs. (one of the stongest monsters in venus lighthouse)

^ I don't remember well enough, but it requires Mia to have the Crystal Rod in order to (drown) the Tempest Lizard on the second turn.

I'll find it for you shortly.

Those methods do work, and they take less than 15secs and give you more experience than VLH.

Tempest Lizards you can kill more than once. When you go over to Crossbone Isle via the tornado, go back in the tornado, but this time use douse on it. It's blue!

yes. For me He was easy, but I was like level 28 (I lvl up alot). Every time you defeat the tempest lizard, you get a potion.

It doesn't get boring over time? I only passed by him and completed Crossbone, then I headed back to Venus lighthouse and defeated the big, fat, cool dragon.

It kinda does get boring after a while, but it still is a good way to train. It's at least fun for the first 10-12 times you fight him.

Let's just say that battling gives some exprience. You know you need more though.

In GS1, you don't need to level up if you beat anything in your way. Just kill everything that appears, then when you get to the boss, you're at the right level. In GS2, it's another matter though.

Lol, thats true. But I still like leveling up to become more powerful. After I beat a game I level up all the way, as high as possible, it "completes" my gameplay.

Yes boring on some games. The only games that I have found to not have a boring part are...

                                                            Final Fantasy 7

                                                            Final Fantasy Tactics

But you should Add something about using Forge to your advantage. I like using him/it.
