Experience Bug

when my brother was in the last lighthouse i think it appeard 2 firebird and when he killed them he got about 17000 experience

it this a bug or whathttp://www.goldensun-syndicate.net/forum/html/emoticons/gs_huh.gif

nah its not a bug. theres 2 more birds like that, theres a pheonix which gives off about 3000exp, firebird is about 6000exp i think.......and a wonderbird gives off about 9000exp.

Phoenix appear at Magma Rock
Fire bird appear in Mars Lighthouse
Wonder Bird appear in the Islet Cave.

yah, and since they revive and stuff, if you have two of them it can go on for a looong time and you can get tons of exp...i love it! *glee*

The simplest way to train is to go to the Islet Cave (that "Lonesome George" and his secret spot... err, right... :blink: ), and get into a battle with two wonderbirds and to simply attack one, have one use Regaen Dance and revive, and continue this.

I once got 300,000+ exp, and my characters all gained a few levels each. My, that was fun :blink:

anyways...that really should benifit you if you are low on lvl's...but then again, it might be hard to defeat if you are... :blink:

Wonder bird give lots of expierince. The most I've got is 56,000.
They always run away.

i got every character to lvl 99 at islet cave against the wonder birds...you can get good items like the tisiphone edge from cruel dragons, berserker bands dropped from druj's and dark matter from the wonder birds, also if u kill a wonder bird with a mercury djinn i think u get 11000 exp, but thats what ive heard and i havnt tried it.

basically , the baest items are found in singlke area, not that iom complianing, it does make the task of getting them all ALOT easier

While i was getting to lvl 99 on my first file i got two Tisiphone Edge, 5 Beserker Band and a Dark Matter from fights in there.

In taht way.... levelling up at TLA is much easier then in GS....

That's true. You also seem to get way more item drops in TLA as well. Not rare items, but Potions, Elixirs and Antidotes.

Wonder Birds are easy to kill but if you don't kill it in the first turn you will pay. I attacks 3 times per turn

NO! it's not a bug, it's just a very good way to get exp! the firebirds are great, i trained in mars lighthouse for ages to get to lv86, lol :P

fire birds wat about wonder birds they give u way more exp. You can find them in the place where u get catastrophe

If You get two wonder birds to gether and kill on of them. the other one will revive it and you will get more exp. The most I've got at on time is about 70,000exp. then one of them ran.

It's droped by Crule dragons In the Inlet cave. Kill them With a Mars Djinn to get a better chance of dropping it. There is an RNG Guide for this but I'm to lazy to expain it right now.
