I just said that it would take forever to actually reach 99.

meh, gone on long enough, with gs1, I didn't bother training because of the data transfer, so all my gs1 characters were trained in gs2...

I tried to train to high lvl but at 50+ something i got to fricking tired of it.

meh, I got to 68 or sumthing and I gave up, I don't use gameshark things either so I left it...

Annoying when i dont get what i want at the weapon-making-whatever guy in whatever-the-town-was-called (long time since i played GS)

I was trying to get Excalibur in 2 hours!!

For low levels in GS, train in the top floor of Venus Lighthouse.
For higher levels (60+) train with Tornado Lizard. He can be taken down very quickly.

In TLA, train in Islet Cave with the Wonderbirds.

Those are the best spots, regardless.
