Well, I searched 2 times but didn't find a suggestion like this, so here it is:

When we get the house or Inn feature, where we can buy our own house and decorate it, we can have a block/allow list like in Instant Messaging so you can have your own room to chat privately with your friends.

Since people in GSW are sorta nosy it seemed like a good idea, because in order to chat you had to sneak around and not be noticed, just to get a little privacy.

Brilliant idea WD, it would keep the game ruiners away, and the party poopers. Didn't the very first GSW design contained something like that.

You know, I was about to make a similar topic

not only have seperate rooms, also in the chatting area, people can only join if they are allowed.

I like the idea that GSW is open but sometimes it does get a tad bit annoyin.

Besides, you can hide away from stalkers there ^_^

Did you ever see one of the screenshots? One of them includes 2 Isaacs in a room. One of the Isaacs declare, "Sweet, our very own room." So I'm assuming Max does intend to make rooms you can rent.

Chat houses that can be rented out for a time and temporarily have a password on them would be sweet...

Or have the seprate booth things in the caht house be seprate instead of having everyone watching and interupting when you want to talk to a certain person.

T.T I dont think so.these are all such good ideas,but I want weather on there like snow(snowball fights!),rain(stay indoors or get sick),etc.I PMed Max about it,but he doesnt know wheather it'd be useful or annoying

Isn't that a bit... much? Sure, status alinments would be cool, but only for battling (if we get that).

There's a little problem with that... What if someone heard you telling the password to another user? I think that the person who buys the room should get an Admin-like option where they can edit a list of who can get into and out of the room at the time. Then (Unless it glitched, which is possible) only the users who the person wanted to chat with could enter the room.

A battling system would be very complicated. Just role-play battle instead. It might not be that good, but at least it's giving Max a break ;) I mean, he does a lot more important stuff then just GSW.

add peoples user names and click on them then you can have a private chat!
o and maby a combat system too.

Agreed with WD, I've seen particular newbies doing this repetetively.

The reason there is no doubleposting allowed is because it is rather annoying and sometimes in my opinion a way for ppl to increase post count
