hope this one haven't been made earlier.
I am a member at rpgdreamers.com too and there they have a interactive map where the members can put a pin at the place they're from.
I think that can be something new to the forum.

I like the idea, but does it show everybody at once on the same map?

Seems pointless, we have a memberlist anyway. I don't think this forum needs nor wants a whole lot of gimmicks either.

That's not a BAD idea, but then it just wouldn't be a forum. :P It'd be like a crappy version of GSW with a lot o' text. Anyways, we already gotta Member's List! It's not that much of a hassle...

Like RagaKnight said, it's not a BAD idea, but it seems like more trouble than it's worth.

I think this can answer mystics question.
It could be like:
1. A map over the world, maybe separated into smaller windows with just one part of the world. You would be able to put a pin or a dot at any place you want, or it could be a part of the registration to choose country and city.
2. A map over Weyard, with only specific towns to choose from.
When pointing at a dot(1) or clicking a town(2) the persons info or the people living in the town will be shown.

That would be interesting, but the member list is almost as similar.

Except the member list isn't a map :(
I think it's a good idea now actually, though I highly doubt it will happen (Max dosn't like change).

Agatio, it's not that I don't like change, it's that I am opposed to what I view as pointless additions. A member map might be cool for the first 3 minutes, but after that it is kinda useless. If we had alot more members and there were real-life meetings or something I would consider it more, but for a small community like this I don't think it is really necessary.
