Moderator Situation

- Izar
- Julian
- MysticWarrior
- Silo_STATIC
- Nick1Presta
- ForteGX
Now, Izar has been de-modded and left,
Julian has "dissapeared" (I have spoken to him, he dosn't know whether he want to be a mod here anymore and is thinking of leaving his "internet" life forever, as he quit GSAR aslo)
Nick1Presta cannot be as active as usual (he posted a topic is the leaving forum).
That leaves us with 3 active moderators, but, have you seen MysticWarrior being that active lately?
This is a concern as We only have 2 active, regular, 'dedicated' Moderators still around and the forums are become increasingly active with many new users, and dare I say it, "n00bs" registering and doing their thing.
Whats going to happen, will there be a moderator position available in the near future? I for one, would jump at the chance as I have missed out the last 2 opportunities that arose (when Izar and Nick1Presta got promoted, and when ForteGX and Silo_STATIC got promoted),
This topic is aimed Mainly at Max and the rest of the Moderating team, but aslo at the general userbase, what are your thoughts on this?

The main problem is the two active mods ForteGX and Silo_STATIC are SPAM forum mods and also warn people (like me) for insulting them off the forum.
You need someone who:
- can be here a lot
- is mature enough to ignore things off the forum
- respects the rules
- moderates the whole forum.
We need some new mods!

Also, I don't think there is a real need for more mods because I think those mods who are still here are coping and are doing a fine job of it

I repeat, there isn't a real need for mods and if there is to be a mod selection, it won't happen for a LONG time

If it's aimed at max and the mod team, PM them! What thoughts can we contribute?

To ~RangerOfFire~; if you still reign the day that you get your revenge on me, forget it--you'll be stooping lower than you think the moderators (including me) really are, by any means. What I did back there was a mistake; I can't change it, and niether can you. It's all in the past. Plus, to top it all off, if you're agreeing to anything Agatio said, you're only agreeing to yourself. Agatio was just commenting on the current status of the moderating team; absent or have left, what have you.
We have no intentions of letting the forums down, yet some of you still support the opinion (not fact) that we're indeed the worst moderators on any forum. You can't show any proof until we say "die", and by all means, we will never rub that way.
As for this topic itself, it has become a disgrace. I really thought the GSSF community was this more sane, but apparently, we have many more trials to work through ... and all because Agatio was commenting on the status of the moderators, and yet he didn't mean any harm. How tragic ...

I will only be less active for a week, two at most. And I'm still here to do my duties. This is only a temp. situation.

And I would like to add that I have never let my authority leave the forums. Yes, I understand that I seriously overstepped my boundaries when modding the spam forum, and I sincerely apologize for any unfair acts that I have committed. However, I've already said my peace and stopped moderating the spam forum. Permanently. If you do happen to see any problems with my, or any other moderator's behavior (which I doubt will happen), you know that the right thing to do is report it to Max.
