lol aight I am still stupidly confused....how do I make a poll.......or add one to an already made topic?? :P

To make a poll, click the "New Poll" button next to the "New Topic" button. Then you should see a huge window when you make the poll; that one's for the poll options; and then the rest is just like making an ordinary post.

And please, when you need help, post your question in the "Forum Help" board.

No, there's no way to change a topic into a poll.

I supposed by merging a topic with a poll, but only mods or the admin can do that.
