I have posted loads in the spam section,but it doesnt seem to count as a topic for my class.Does it always do this?

The other 'help with spam' I didnt actually mean to post.I was having trouble with my keyboard and must of posted it without meaning to.And as you can see,it is an obvious mistake,cos if you look at the author,they are both by me and both posted almost one after the other and I wouldnt do that on purpouse now would i?

alright, I believe you. but there are people that would do that.

anyway, just post as much as you can in non-spam/introduction forums while still being meaningful and insightful. you can post almost anything in the spam forum (except hate topics or flaming or the like); it's just there for fun, but you don't get a high post count on the forum by just spamming a lot.

1 question. Why would you think posts with zero meaning and 1 or 2 words would increase your post count in the first place XD .

I have another question. Once sometime ago I remember that posting in the spam forum did raise up you post count. Is that true?

The spam forum didn't exist until a little while ago. The off-topic forum and spam were kind of combined so yes, post count did increase there.

Posts still had to be constructive though.

It's wasn't really "combined" we just didn't have a spam forum, and the off-topic forum was a little more loose.

My theory was that there was a topic about spam that turned into spam itself, and then the spam centre was created. Thats what I read in an old topic anyways.

Back on topic, I must of been blind when I clicked on the spam topic, coz it does say ' No post count increases'. Somebody kick me.

Ivan_is_my_name, Ryu Zero really wasn't spamming, since he's got 5 or more words to his post, and he was only replying to what PDM said.

Anyway, yeah. This topic doesn't produce any reason to be kept open. Try posting outside the Spam/Testing and Introductions/Departures forums.
