i need to know why do we have the percentages in the side under the ranking

what do you mean by percentages? do you mean those red dots or your warn level?

well the dots are the ranking levels, the warn level shows how many warns you have

eg 33% is one warn

ok thanks but i have another question how do you put images that are not from the internet and are in my documents for example i my document there is a picture place how do you put picture on the post?

Anyways, if you mean posting a picture from your harddrive, you can attach the image to your post, or you can to an image hosting website, like imageshack.us, hit browse, and double click the document, host it, then type in the URL between the img], and [/img] tags.
