This game is really awesome, you can make your car totally cool, you can have spinning rims, hydraulics, neon lights, Nitrous Oxide, flames, practically everything.

Yeah, the game is pretty cool. One of my favorite things to do is to go over 100 mph. and crash into a car going the opposite direction. The cars go flying!

I spent a great deal of time watching my cousin play (he got it for xmas) and, it's not my type of game x.o I prefer go-karts instead of normal cards for racing n.n;
Although, I must admit that all of the stuff you can add/do to the car is pretty cool.

Dont have it, but want it. It IS a racing game right? Oh, good. Well, I actually prefer the Gran Turismo series to this game, even though I havent played it yet.

GT4 will be great, but NFSU2 is a great street racing game for your money.

Voted: It's Great
It is a very good game. It's improved from the first one i every way possible, which is good since the first was a quality game in its own right too. :P
My only complaint would be the crappy realism in the handling. But that's just me I suppose. If I were to review this game I'd give it a 8.7/10. :)
