So, I was wondering, what FTP program do you use? I use CoreFTP, as, well, that's what I was told was good, not to mention easy.

    What about you?

Well, I use SmartFTP, mainly because its the only one I've heard of, but it's rather good IMO.

I used smartFTP for the same reason stated above. It's rather simple to use, but seems to disconnect you sometimes (fortunately, it's pretty rare for that to happen though). Overall, it's okay.

Very good. I've tried about 10 different FTP programs and this is by far the best. It's like your actually using a second computer. Heaps of features, fast, looks better, easy to use. Downside is it cost I think.

Wise.FTP 3 - supposed to cost money but comes free with oneandone.com's hosting plans. Just buy a plan, pay the £3 shipping for the free stuff, wait for it to arrive and then cancel your account (within 40 days and you get your money back!).

I use CoreFTP Lite. It works great and I've been using it for a while.

well, most of the FTP programs listed here are free. Also, I'd never pay for an FTP program either; regardless of how good it's supposed to be. There is never a guarantee that a payed FTP program is always better than a free one.

SmartFTP. It really is a great program; easy to use and learn, and overall a wonderful experience when doing web design.

That's why they offer a free 30 day trial.

Well, do you realize that after the free-day trial, the FTP program will be useless unless you pay? That is, of course, you really like the FTP program and your willing to pay.
