I have 9 skins currently installed for Opera, but I mainly use (in order of most-used first) Emil_RSD, Comfortably..., and the default.
While I don'tt use Firefox very much anymore, I had two skins: Noia eXtreme (my defaault theme), and FieFox default.
Notice how I have 4+ times the # of FF themes for Opera? That's 'cuz you can change skins without having to restart Opera.

I use 'Straccio!' and 'Mac OS Grey Native' on Opera.
Both very sleek.

Well, I use the following for Opera:
Opera Standard
Atlantek Opera Skin
Black AAqua V1.2
Camrad
Emil_RSD
IE6XP
mFFrad
Qute
Straccio!
However, my favorites are Emil_RSD, Qute, and mFFrad, which is alot like Firefox Default Skin. And they all look very nice with the "Sea" color scheme, especially with Emil_RSD, so I guess its my overall favorite
