How do you make curvy line thingys?

Like lets say I want to make something look like a rectangle with a curvy line...

    Like /\/\/\/

But curvy and that would be teh bottom line, the top is just a straight line...

to make things simple how do you make one line curvy on a rectangle and leave the rest the same

Oh. Adobe Illustrator can do that easily, but I don't know what you would use in Photoshop.

Yes, that would probably be a better place to ask, however, I know not all users who check Computer Help check Art so I will leave this open.

This may only remain open under the condition that unless you know how to achieve the desired effect, you will not post.

The gloss in this logo is exactly what I wanna do, the shape of it...
