    I can't find where the 10th ranked navi is on MegaMan BN3. I searched all around online, but couldn't find a thing. Ah fudge!

          No, the 10th rank navi is somewhere in the area where you got the "VictData" in the N1 tourney.

              I would recommend posting this in the Pinned Troubleshooting topic, following the format.

              As for a walkthrough, IGN is always a good option.

                  ^yup...gamefaqs rocks...there hasn't been a single problem tha hasn't been asked&answered...it's either in the faqs, or make an account for the message boards... lotsa help, i can almost guarantee you will get the solution to your problem...
