I decided to ask this after I did something pretty stupid a few minutes ago because I was angry. So, you see, my brother just startles me as a joke, but while being startled, I accidentally hit a zit on my forehead when I hit the wall, and it hurt so bad. Because of this, anger was building up very quickly inside me, and less than a second after being startled, I decided to blame my brother for the hit on my head, so without hesitation, I leaped out of my chair, punched him in the face, and spilled his soda can as "payback". It felt good at first, but after calming down minutes later, I knew what I had done was wrong... =(

NOTE: I am easily annoyed and angered, especially when I am tired. And since it is kinda late where I am right now, maybe being tired was a little part of this.

I just freaked out my sister and *laughing* she knocked practically EVERYTHING on the walls off. THAT was good.

Normally, I yell at my sister, cuz she is the only person that agitates me. If it's just another person, I'll shove it off.

I'm a person who can normally keep his patience...but sometimes, I can get really pissed off, especially at my brother and some certain friends (mostly my brother). I hate to resort to violence, but I can get mad enough to start thrashing my brother when he annoys me like hell (which is 99.9% of the time). Arguing is pointless, so I stay out of doing that.

All in all, I either do one of two things: ignore the person and try to calm down, yell at him/her, or beat the cr*p out of the person, the first choice being the more common one.

I tend to rapidly punch something hard enough to hit effectively but soft enough to bounce back, so I don't really destroy anything. Sometimes I just take it out on you guys, but not without thinking about it first ...

I dont get mad or annoyed easily, the only time i get annoyed is if my sisters wont get out of my room or they wont stop playing the piano, and all they play is this dumb tune over and over and over and over.......

When I'm angry I tend to be quiet. Sometimes when I'm extremely mad I will take it out on others but it rarely happens. I try to keep my cool in most situations because I find getting angry about it never helps.

I don't get angry. When I do, I hold it in. Always do. 95% of the time atleast. One time tough, at school, I threw a guy into a locker when he said: "Hi!". Yes, I literally threw.

Actually, I don't get angry, just agitated. If I get angry I just have a meaner scowl than usual (my eyebrows always look somewhat of a scowl :P). Otherwise I'm mildly "calm-and-cool".

But I am insecure, so if I have reason to get angry, I'll get angry fast. o o;

Those are just some reasons why I get angry.

Interesting that you all blame your sisters. Mine does get a tad annoying but i'm the youngest (14) she's the middle (19) and my older bro is over in england. But me and my sister really get along, we just bonded during a family crises and we're mainly friends.

I mainly get angry with my dad but i just go to my room and whine and carry on and be a lil imature dumb ass 5 year old till i get over it.

When i get pissed i put music real loud REAL loud, which is wierd becuase i normally like my music not to loud or it hurts. I get pissed alot at school but only becuase someone has it in his head he's strong and he can push me around (he is the second weakest kid in the class). Example, he threw and apple core at my ass and it left a huge mark on my shirt and pants so i chased him into a wall, hit him once, missed the second time (i hit a WALL, i moved a knuckle) and hit him again. then i felt much better.

one time i was playing GS:TLA (i know this is off topic section it just has to do with golden sun) battling the star magician with only felix and co. on low levels(I was already mad about something or other) and i couldn't beat him and then my sister comes up and in a sarcastic voice she's like aww can't beat your game. thats when I got really mad I threw my GBA at the wall the battery popped so what do I do? I slam the battery threw the screen and I basically didn't get to play game boy for about 7 months or so until the SP came out. I stiil have my Gba with the broken screen just to remind me to stay calm. the weird thing is it still works fine except for the screen.

Taking it out on the GBA, huh? In that situation, I would've taken it out on my brother (unless I wasn't too mad) if he did that to me.

I always try to hold my anger in, but I just can't when I start to get extremely pissed off and start trying to blame it on someone else (or something else). Normally, I just try to keep calm or ignore the person that's angering me.

It's a difference of pissing me off and bugging me. If you're in my PC class, sit next to me, and bug me, I grab your mouse and take it from you or hit Alt+F4 for whatever you're doing ;)

But if you piss me off, it depends on who you are. If you only understand no through violence, then heck, speak Spanish in Spain! Otherwise, I just sit down, and breath, and think. That calms me down a lot. If it really, really, really gets bad though, I usually push them into something.

Then again, if it's my little sister, I just act like a total jerk to her :P and she just HATES that.

I normally just ignore it and calm down, or argue. If it's built up anger over a long period of time...oh say 5 months, I flip out and lose control, start hitting people...stuff like that.

Why do people always dive head first into violence in these situations? Its something you have to leanr not to do for when you get married and have kids and stuff. If you cant control it by that point then you shouldnt be near other people.

I agree. I usually don't use violence unless the person irritates me enough, and my brother never seems to understand. The worst part is that he keeps "pushing my buttons" regardless of what happened in the past, and he gets away with it (pushing me into that state) virtually unpunished when I punch to get him to stop it.

My response to most annoying things is to get real quite, and do the opposte of smile. It's hard to explain, but I think the best word is "pouting" =/ .

On a rare occasion something really pisses me off though, I've been known to punch people. Though I'm not generally violent in nature.

I hate to say it but I get angry when my sister beats me in SSBM and Mario party 6. I can understand her beating me in Mario Party 6 but when in SSBM......I just tell her to get out of my room.(She only beats me when I lose a lot of lives fighting off the level 9 comps and she just hangs around somewhere else.)
